�WEE-Art Learn, create and have fun with
your children age 2 ½ to 5 years. Discover the
joy and excitement of creating original art with
your child. Children will explore the elements
of art while spending quality time with their
parent(s). Hands-on activities include painting,
drawing, collage and printmaking and exposure
to colors, textures, shapes and more. All materials
provided; play clothes recommended; a
caregiver must be present for the entire class.

�“Kindermusik”
Each Kindermusik class is a world of discovery
and adventure. In every class, you'll witness
your child's developmental evolution in language
skills, literacy, listening, problem solving,
social skills, self-esteem, and musicality.
Kindermusik happens within a nurturing environment-full
of energy, imagination, music,
dancing, and playful delight. Ginger Barrett
teaches this research-based language and early
literacy program built around music, for kids
18 months to 5 years. Classes include ABC
Music & Me, Our Time and Imagine That!.

�Photography: Seeing Through the Camera
with Bruce Keyes Students will develop
their vision of their surroundings as it relates to
the creation of photographs and refine their
thought processes when taking pictures. Students
will discuss technical and subjective aspects
of improving their photography.
Assignments will lead to photographic interpretation
of reflections, images on the edge of
the frame, below knee-level or overhead
scenes, patterns and people. Students must
have a good working knowledge of their camera
(film or digital); the class will not be on the
bells and whistles of cameras but a broader
based look at the genre.

�The Actor in You with Marco St. John *
class may be 2-3 hours, depending on the # of
scenes brought in by class members. An intensive
acting workshop with emphasis on both
stage and film acting. Students will receive instruction
in techniques, exercises, scene breakdown
and scene performance and constructive
critique by the instructor.

�"Freewriting Sampler" one-session workshop
With author Matthew Pitt. In this sampler
workshop, students will be encouraged to trust
their creative impulses, writing spontaneous sentences
to in-class exercises. Some of our
sharpest, most satisfying writing occurs when
we aren’t afraid to surprise ourselves on the
page. These exercises are designed to spark that
state of mind. All levels from beginners to advanced
writers welcome. Bring a pen and you're
in! Minimum age 18. $15 members / $20 nonmembers.

�Introductory Freewriting Class With author
Matthew Pitt. For details see “Freewriting
Sampler” above. New writing exercises and
techniques will be offered for those who would
like to take this class again. All levels from beginners
to advanced writers welcome. Minimum

non-members. Tuesdays, 6-8 p.m., March 31,
April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 11, 18, and 25.
�Creative Writing Workshop
With author Matthew Pitt. Have an itch to write
a short story? Are you already halfway through
a novel? This class is for you. Each student will
submit up to 30 pages of fiction for class critiques.
Tips and exercises for the craft of writing
will be discussed in each class. Students will
read and offer constructive criticism for other
students' work. We’ll discuss what in the work
pulls us in as readers. In other words: What is
making the stories work, and what can be done
to make them work even better? Limit to 10
students. Newcomers welcome! Minimum age
18. $100/members, $110/non-members.
